We train people at all levels of fitness following the core CrossFit philosophy of constantly varied, functional movement, performed at a high intensity. Our classes infuse a unique combination of body weight movements, olympic lifting, power lifting and intense cardio conditioning. Each day and each workout is varied, but with purpose and direction given to the overall strength and conditioning program. Whether you are looking to lose weight, an athlete seeking a competitive edge, or just looking to get in better shape, we are committed to helping you accomplish your goals.
Training at CrossFit Modig starts with a free one-on-one introductory session where we gain an understanding of your exercise, health and injury history, as well as discuss your nutrition and goals. You will then take part in our 8 session On Ramp phase to prepare you for the group CrossFit workouts. Upon completion of On Ramp, you are ready to hit the ground running and join the Workout of the Day!
